JOURNALING GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS IN ONE'S LIFE.  IT CAN TEACH YOU ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS THAT CAN LEAD TO HEALING AND POSITIVE CHANGE. IT IS A GREAT TOOL FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT.  JOURNALING IS A GREAT PROBLEM SOLVING TOOL AS WELL AND IT IS HEALTHY, HELPING YOU PROCESS YOUR FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS.
